Parking Permits for 2009 will soon be available.  When they arrive, please remove and discard your old permit immediately. Vehicles will be subject to towing at owner's expense after you receive your permits.

Permits are to be displayed with the year facing toward the windshield from the rear view mirror for all vehicles.  The Association will not be responsible for vehicles that are towed for improper display of a parking permit. 

Do not affix permits to dashboards or on the lower corners of windshieds, and the like.

Residents permits are to be used in either Reserved or Visitor marked spaces.

Visitor permits are to be used in Visitor marked spaces only.

You must display a resident permit at all times when parking in resident marked spaces.

To accomodate weekend visitations and events, parking without the use of visitor permits in marked spaces only will be allowed on the following schedule:

Friday and Saturday, 6PM to 2AM

and

Sundays 1PM to 8PM
