November 21, 11AM - Borders Largo Capital Centre; Polar Express Pajama Storytime. Bring the kids in their favorite pajamas and celebrate the season at this special holiday storytime. By the way, the kids will love special storytimes every Saturday at 12 noon. 301.499.2173

December 1, 5:30PM - 8:30PM, Wear Red for the Cause World AIDS Day 2009: Universal Access & Human Right at the Prince George's Community College, Largo Student Center, Rennie Forum hosted by the Prince George’s County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., in partnership with the Prince George's County Health Department, Free HIV/STD testing.

December 4, 7:00PM - 9:00 PM, Meet Sherri Shepard, Co-Host of The View, Author of Permissions Slips, Discussion, and Book Signing, Thurgood Marshall Center, 1816 12th Street, NW, Washington, DC, 202-462-8314. Portion of the book proceeds will be donated to the T.M Center Trust.
